PIM’s Wage & Benefit Survey is one of our most valuable member resources, used to accurately benchmark the most important aspect to your business – having a stable, satisfied, and well-qualified workforce.
Results are also used to communicate our industry’s needs to state legislators, students and educators, employment and economic development departments, and the public. We need accurate date to ensure educational opportunities for our youth and to promote print!
This survey is being conducted by PIM and Printing Industries of America (PIA) affiliates across the country. The results will be reported by region, by our affiliate (IA, MN, NE, ND, and SD), and by number of employees. The benefit section will also be reported out by region.
There is no cost to participate in the survey. Member participants receive this valuable report FREE.
We cannot stress how critical your participation is to this important study. Please invest your time to complete the survey, not only to use as your own tool, but so that we may accurately communicate the value print provides to this nation’s economy. Once results are completed (expected for mid-October), you will have the opportunity to order the report. Participation is free; please consider submitting your data, even if you are not sure you will order a report. All participants will receive notification when the results are available.
