PIM Webinar – Understanding the New Minnesota Wage Theft Law

January 28, 2020  |  11:30 AM to 12:30 PM  |  At Your Desk or Conference Room

Last July, Minnesota enacted a comprehensive new wage theft law with sweeping changes to employer record-keeping obligations as well as adding notification requirements to new and existing employees. Employers who fail to comply with the record keeping and notice requirements are subject to civil as well as criminal penalties. Additionally, the law increased the penalties for failing to properly and timely compensate employees and now allow for criminal prosecution.

Participate in this one-hour webinar presented by Tom Revnew Attorney – PRK&A – Peters, Revnew, Kappenman & Anderson. This law was enacted in Minnesota, so this webinar would be for any member that’s business is located in the state of Minnesota.

This webinar is FREE for PIM members!
