Use this form to tell us how you would like your organization displayed in Printing Industry Midwest’s (PIM) 2026 Print Buyers Guide & Membership Directory. You can choose a free basic listing or upgrade to an enhanced listing, by purchasing an ad to make your company stand out.

There is a “SAVE AND RESUME LATER” button at the bottom of this form. By clicking this, your form will be saved for 30 days and a unique link will be created for you to access and resume working your form.

DUE DATES

We are working hard to get this guide in front your potential customers sooner, please help us meet our goals by submitting materials by the listed deadlines. Let’s make this year’s guide the best one yet!

This form must be complete and submitted by July 31, 2025, for the Early Bird Discount Deadline. Prices go up after July 31st.

Ad sales will close August 15, 2025, no ads can be purchased after this time. All text and graphic updates are due on the same date, August 15, 2025. Any changes made after this time will result in a $250 alteration/late fee.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT PRICING

Your form must be submitted by July 31st to receive Early Bird pricing. The pricing for Logo Ads and Premium Display Ads will go up after July 31st. Ad sales close August 15, 2025.

The first certification logo is $350. Each additional logo is $50 per logo. PIM Great Green Printers, Star Awards Winners & DE&I Participates receive program logo free of charge. PIM will add programs logos if it applies to your company. You do not need to do anything for PIM program logos.
