All PIM members receive a complimentary listing in both the print and online directories. 2026 COVER CONTEST: OPEN
Design Due: September 5, 2025
We need your help to design a one-of-a-kind, show-stopping front cover for this essential for the 2026 PIM Print Buyers Guide & Membership Directory publication. Create a dynamic cover that captures the power, creativity, and importance of print over the last 70 years. Submit an 8.5” x 11” PDF design via email to: sadieh@pimw.org by the deadline of September 5, 2025.

NEXT STEPS:
1 ) Complete the new online form, click here. Early Bird Deadline – July 31st. Ad Sales Close – August 15th. There is a “SAVE AND RESUME LATER” button at the bottom of this form. If you have questions, please email Sadie Johnson at sadieh@pimw.org.
2 ) Make sure your listing is up-to-date by August 15th. PIM uses the information on PrintAccess to create our printed guide. Maintain your listing on PrintAccess year around for free. Update your company’s listing by signing into your PrintAccess account.
3 ) Wait to review the proof of your list. An email will be sent for you to approve your listing.
