MPCA Industrial Stormwater Permit Application Now Open
Finally, after over a year, MPCA is ready to accept stormwater permit applications for both General Permit holders and No Exposure Permit holders. MPCA extended the deadline until the end of September. Initially, businesses had only 13 days to complete their permit.
The application can be accessed through MPCA’s eServices online portal: : https://rsp.pca.state.mn.us/TEMPO_RSP/Orchestrate.do?initiate=true
As a manufacturer, all Minnesota printers must have a stormwater permit. However, most, if not all, printers can qualify for a No Exposure Permit.
