2027 Master Entry Form

2027 MASTER ENTRY FORM:

Deadline: February 3, 2027 at 12:00 PM

  1. Review the Rules document and use the Category List on our website to determine which category best fits your entry: www.pimw.org/star-awards/. You must be a Printing Industry Midwest (PIM) member in good standing to enter. If you are not a member, please reach out to PIM before entering.
  2. Complete and submit the below online Master Entry Form – steps 1, 2, and 3. One form per company.
  3. Next, print and complete the ID Forms & ID Tags, also available on our website. One ID Form (page 2) must be submitted with each print entry. ID Tags (page 3) should carefully be attached to the each entry.
  4. Lastly, mail your entries and completed ID Forms/Tags to Printing Industry Midwest’s (PIM) office by the deadline.
  5. Once you have mailed your entries, please email starawards@pimw.org so we can watch for your package. PIM staff works remotely, so we are not in the office regularly.
  6. PIM will reach out when after you submit this online form and when we receive your package in the mail. PIM will reach out with the results in February/March. You will be able to order duplicate or custom awards at this time.

IMPORTANT:

The way you list your company name and entry title on this form is exactly how they will appear on your award and in PIM marketing and promotional materials.

Your company name and entry title on this form MUST match exactly on the corresponding ID Form/Tag.

There is a “SAVE AND RESUME LATER” button at the bottom of the form. By clicking this, your form will be saved for 30 days and a unique link will be created for you to access and resume working your form.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

Please note, submissions will not be returned. Once you have mailed your entries, please notify PIM at starawards@pimw.org. Mail your entries and completed ID Forms/Tags to:

2) ENTRY FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Your first entry is FREE! Each entry after that will cost $40. If you enter the same project into multiple categories, it is still $40 per entry.

How many total paid entries are you submitting?
To find the total cost = total # of PAID entries x 40
