Who Can Be Nominated?
Submit the online form by the due date of February 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM (CST)
Any Young Professional employed by a company who is a current member in good standing of Printing Industry Midwest (PIM). The nominator may be anyone at a PIM member company (with approval from a supervisor or manager if required).
PIM is only accepting online nomination forms. No paper base or email forms will be accepted. It is free to nominate co-works and there is no limit to how many people you can nominate.
Nomination Criteria
The award recipient must demonstrate outstanding and innovative print leadership worthy of recognition. In addition, this person must consistently exhibit all of the following…
- Currently working for a PIM member company in good standing
- Meets the definition of a PIM Young Professional. Must be 22 to 45
years of age and employed full-time by a PIM Member company - Demonstrates strong leadership, teamwork and sense of integrity
How Do You Nominate for This Award?
Submit the online form by the due date of February 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM (CST)
Nomination Process
- Complete the online form and answer the questions on the form.
- Collect testimonials or supporting documents that help demonstrate why your employee is award-winning.
- There is a “SAVE AND RESUME LATER” button at the bottom of the form. By clicking this, your form will be saved for 30 days and a unique link will be created for you to access and resume working your form.
- The form must be submitted by February 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM (CST). Late submissions might not be counted.
- All nominations will be reviewed by a committee in February. The results will be shared with the nominator in March.
- The identity of the winner will remain secret until PIM’s Star Awards Banquet held on June 18, 2026 at the JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America, Bloomington, MN.
- All nominations will be recognized and the winners will be announced at the banquet. Winners will receive a framed certificate and everyone else will receive a certificate in a folder. We encourage everyone to attend the banquet to celebrate. It is an honor to be nominated!
