PIM keeps expanding the catalog with fresh content designed to help teams stay sharp. In February PIM added five new courses, which broaden both depth and variety of topics available (and that list keeps growing). Whether you’re a seasoned industry pro or a brand-new employee, there’s always something new to explore.
These updates ensure the library stays current with industry trends and best practices helping you build a stronger, more knowledgeable team. Here are the five new courses…
- Business Skills: Hiring Gen Z – Listen to the thoughts, aspirations, and expectations of three optimistic GenZ university students set to enter the printing industry over the next few years.
- Intro to Production Printing – Offset Printing from a Pressman’s Perspective – Part 1 – Learn all things offset printing from a 30+ year veteran, Rick Ames. We’ll talk through what makes offset different from other printing methods and dive deep into the process.
- Print Workflow and Processes: Practical AI for a Print Business – Need some practical advice and ways to apply AI in your printing company? Then this is the episode for you where we explore the types of AI, a framework for using generative AI (GPT), and tips for creating policies on its use.

How to Get Started?
Simply log into the PIM member site and head to the “PIM University” section. There you will find the full list of available tracks and courses ready to stream.
1. Login to the members only “Member Login” (blue button at the top of the page) or Member Login button on the PIM Homepage
2. Click on “PIM University” under Links on the Members Only Page
3. All of the available course tracks are listed on the PIM Training Page. Choose a Course, then watch each video. Course Certificates are available if desired. Complete all Course Assessments to receive the Certificate.
