Wage Benefit Survey Results
To those of you who invested your time in submitting data to this year’s Wage and Benefit survey, we thank you! If you did not participate, you can still receive the survey results!
This is critically important information to help you attract and retain high quality talent. It also is used by PIM when promoting the industry to students, elected representatives, government agencies, and the general public.
This survey is the combined efforts of Printing Industries of America affiliates across the country, representing over 500 companies and 19,000 employees. The results contain breakouts for the entire PIM region and five geographic regions across the country. Wages are reported for high and low ranges, as well as averages and quartiles. There’s also a breakdown of national wages by company size and number of employees. The Benefits sections provide information about policies, benefit offerings, and more!
